1999 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur Park Ward Limousine with division
The Rolls-Royce Silver Spur was the long wheelbase version of the Silver Spirit manufactured between 1980 and 1998. Our Silver Spur Park Ward Limousine with division is derived from the Silver Spur IV and represents the final evolution of the Silver Shadow/Silver Spirit family. The body is 14” longer that the standard Silver Spur. Combining the reliability of a proven car with late 1990’s build quality this is a distinguished elegant limousine for Clients requiring privacy.
Our car was one of the last Silver Spirit cars built. Registered as new in September 1999, one of only 5 Park Ward Limousine cars built for the UK market in 1997/1998. It includes a separate rear compartment with electric glass division and intercom to the driver. Privacy glass is also provided for the rear compartment. There is a separate fully adjustable air conditioning system.
The division consists of a full leather trimmed bulkhead with veneered wooden picnic tables, air conditioning ducts and central cocktail cabinet with pull down table top. The privacy glass division can be lowered by both rear passengers or the driver.
When the Silver Shadow was introduced in 1965 it was said that it embodied a “magic carpet ride,“ hence an iconic phrase was born. The Silver Spur IV really embodies this experience, combined with the finely honed “active ride“ suspension. The 6.75 litre low pressure turbo V8 engine develops phenomenal “low end torque,“ which propels this huge graceful car effortlessly from rest then gliding silently to your destination. When power is called for a “distant V8 roar“ is just audible.
This car is finished in dark blue, which blends well on the roads today with modern cars of similar colours, yet still stands above them. The Spur draws admiration and glances of appreciation from other drivers and the public alike and has a distinctive presence.
The leather trim of any Rolls-Royce is special and the aroma of the maturing parchment hides in this original car is wonderful. Passengers in the front and rear compartments are surrounded with leather and select blue piping in the seats compliment the bodywork so well.
With separate audio and bluetooth systems in the front and rear compartments this motor car is equipped to keep you in touch at all times whether for business or private use.
Come and enjoy this exclusive limousine..
